Chen 13 is a form directly form Lia Jia Yi Lu (Old Large Frame).  It is a great way to start your Tai Chi journey.  We have designed a curriculum that is good for people of all ages, a curriculum that is easy to learn yet covers the depth of real Tai Chi.
