Physical Balance

Many seniors have serious concerns over their lack of physical balance. Their concerns are well founded, since we all know how many suffer after a fall. Tai Chi practice offers a great way to acquire proper physical balance. Yes, proper balance may be learned and improved by those who receive and accept good Tai Chi training.

Although we find that Tai Chi is primarily regarded as a physical martial art, many of its practitioners may also cultivate, a feeling of inner peace and well being.

.I have found that Chen Village Taiji (Tai Chi), as offered at The Kung Fu Martial Club, is is superior in providing improved balance, flexibility and greater vitality.
