What is Tai Chi "Taiji" is a form of "moving meditation" that naturally teaches one to relax the mind and body, promoting calm and peace of mind along with prolonged health benefits of many kinds.  Taiji Was created by Chen Family between 1600-1680.  All other Taiji styles in existence today either directly or indirectly came from the original form.
